Located in Fengcheng, Liaoning, China, we have focused on one thing and one thing only since our founding in 2001: turbochargers and their components.
Our founder doesn’t come from a sales background. Before starting this factory, he was a senior quality control engineer at a major manufacturer and now holds over 30 years of industry experience. This DNA dictates that we are not a factory chasing high volumes for quick profits. We have our own brand, focusing on a high-end positioning with uncompromising consistency. Our high-quality products are sold globally, and their exceptional stability and precision perfectly meet the rigorous demands of strictly regulated markets like Europe and North America.
We know some factories cut corners to compete on price, but at FIRE TURBO, we never skip a single required testing step. From rotor balancing and intricate parts inspection to the high-speed balancing of the complete core assembly (CHRA), we insist on a 100% full inspection for every single product.
We operate under 7 major quality management systems and practice "Total Quality Control"—from the very first machining process to the final product, every technician acts as an inspector. We don't just rely on final random sampling before shipment. We use only the most suitable, top-tier core components, and whenever new manufacturing technologies emerge, we are the first to upgrade our processes.
We do this because we operate on a core belief: We would rather sell less than compromise our quality just to drop our prices. When it comes to quality standards, we are often stricter than our customers.
Having been in the export business for years, we intimately understand the pain points of overseas wholesalers: inventory pressure, cash flow constraints, and the headache of cross-border after-sales service. To address these, we have our own solutions:
- Regarding Inventory & MOQ (Stop Letting Your Warehouse Become a Burden): The turbocharger industry has unique stocking requirements. To help you reduce inventory risks, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing is just 6 units per model, and we fully support mixed batches (combinations of different models). We highly welcome small-batch trial orders. Specific stock availability and lead times are evaluated based on real-time conditions, but you can communicate with our sales team anytime. We fully support flexible restocking aligned with your sales rhythm.
- Regarding After-Sales (The Best After-Sales Service is No After-Sales Service): The biggest fear in international trade is quality issues—the costs of return shipping and lost customers are simply too high. Our philosophy is to "intercept problems before they leave the factory." We rarely experience quality claims, but if a manufacturing defect on our end is confirmed, we will take full responsibility to the very end. (We provide an 18-month warranty.)
